Many issues have been addressed from the previous icebuntu release, however some issues may remain. Remember, this is a beta release. If you come across any issues, let us know in the forum and we'll get a fix out ASAP
Some bug fixes will appear on the Wiki within the next few days. I will aim to also add a changelog to the Wiki so that it is possible to keep track of what has changed and why.
The ISO comes in at just under 325mb and includes all the applications that you would expect for an operating system out of the box. The installed applications are;
- Roxterm Terminal Emulator
- PCManFM File Manager
- Midori Web Browser (including flash player plugin
- gXine Video Player
- Gejengel Music Player
- leafpad text editor
Synaptic (for package management), Jockey-gtk (for restricted drivers), lxappearance (for window and icon theme management) are also included. It should be usable, stable and most importantly very, very fast.
